Bookings & Cancellations

How do I book a session? Book directly through our online scheduler. Choose your service, pick a time, and receive an automatic confirmation email.

What’s your cancellation policy? Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable, but we understand emergencies happen.

Can I reschedule my session? Yes, use the reschedule link in your confirmation email or log in to your booking account.

Training & Fitness

Do I need any equipment? Most BritFit workouts are bodyweight-based. Dumbbells or resistance bands can make things more dynamic.

I’m a beginner — can I still join? Absolutely! Emma customizes every session to your level and goals. How intense are the sessions? Expect a fun, energetic 30-minute full-body workout. Emma adjusts pace and intensity based on your energy and goals.

Virtual Setup What platform do you use? Sessions are hosted on secure video platforms (Zoom, Google Workspace, or any other stable method of connection).

What if my internet drops? If a brief disconnection happens, we’ll pause and resume. If it prevents completion, we’ll reschedule at no charge.

Health & Safety Do I need medical clearance? If you have any health conditions, please consult your doctor first. Your safety comes first.

What if I get injured? Stop immediately and notify Emma. She’ll adapt your plan to support recovery.

Payments & Packages

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure online payments via credit, Visa Debit, Stripe, or PayPal.

Can I buy multiple sessions? Yes! Save with session packs or subscriptions for weekly training.

Do sessions expire? Packages typically remain valid for 3–6 months from purchase date. Please read your specific product terms and conditions upon purchase.
